ratbox-services-sqlite software package provides IRC services for use with ircd-ratbox with the sqlite backend, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ratbox-services-sqlite
ratbox-services-sqlite is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ratbox-services-sqlite package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ratbox-services-sqlite *
You will get with ratbox-services-sqlite package name, version, architecture and description in a table
